OPEN CALL

Dear all,

The Danna Project kindly invites you to be part of our next 'A4C//ART - A4 ART FOR CHARITY' exhibition.

We are hosting a second fundraising exhibition in the Stepping Stone Studios, Maidstone, in aid of CPC-Kent, a Medway based charity supporting children affected by Cerebral Palsy and other Motor Disorders.

To take part, artists may submit as many A4 artworks (whether that be illustration, graphics, design, photography...) as they like which will then go on display in the exhibition - there is no theme other than that the work must be A4. Each artwork will then go on sale for a fixed price of £20, and 6x4 digital prints will be available for £5, getting art out to the masses and also allowing us to raise money to donate to the charity. We will also be showcasing artwork created by the children supported by CPC. There is no limit to the number of artworks you can exhibit, but be aware that if there is too much overall we may not be able to display all of it.

To confirm your participation, please email Daniel Tollady (daniel@dannaproject.com) by Friday 16th August.
The deadline for receiving artworks will be Sunday 25th August.

Please read the following terms and conditions for taking part in the exhibition:

+ All artwork must be A4 in size and framed / ready for hanging. There is no specific framing requirement, but please do not exceed much further than the original A4 size.

+ A4 Dimensions are 210MM x 297MM.

+ All artworks provided will go on sale for a fixed price of £20 (+ frame if there is one) with all proceeds going to CPC-Kent.

+ A series of 6x4 prints will be produced of all donated artworks by the Danna Project and will go on sale for a fixed price of £5, again, with all proceeds going to CPC-Kent. (Any remaining prints will be given to the artist.)

+ There is no limit to how many artworks you can submit, but please be aware that if there are too many overall, not everything will be displayed.

+ All unsold artwork must be collected at the end of the exhibition period.
